Brioche, teacakes and chill toffee chocolate sauce – oh my! This daring design is not for the faint-hearted, and with a name like Death By S’mores that’s hardly surprising. Filled to the brim with sweetness, this is a must-try for anyone brave enough to give it a go.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 x slices brioche style bread
  • 4 x Tunnock’s chocolate teacakes
  • 20g chilli toffee chocolate sauce
    • Rolo’s
    • Kashmiri chilli
    • Double cream
  • 5g freeze dried raspberry pieces
  • 5g hundreds & thousands sprinkles
  • 30g melted butter and cocoa powder mix

Method or Assembly Order:

  1. Melt the butter/cocoa powder mix
  2. Butter the inside of both slices of brioche bread and lay face up.
  3. Spread the chilli toffee chocolate mix on the base and sprinkle the freeze dried raspberries on top.
  4. Place the four teacakes upside down on  top of the sauce/raspberry pieces.
  5. Place the top slice of bread, butter side down on top of the fill.
  6. Paint a cross on the top and brush the sides of the crusts with the remaining butter cocoa powder mix.
  7. Heat in the Merrychef (or similar) to toast and ensure piping hot, melted and crispy.

  9. Serve or place in hot hold for up to 2½hrs
