Ingredients
- 8 x Futura Foods Mozzarella Pearls
- 1 x folded pinsa
- 30g basil pesto
- 40g sundried tomatoes
- 8g rocket
- drizzle balsamic glaze
Method or Assembly Order
- Spread pesto evenly over the base of the pinsa.
- Scatter over the sun-dried tomatoes.
- Top with 8 mozzarella pearls.
- Heat in the oven until warm and melted.
- Finish with fresh rocket and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
