Sunday will be simply delicious with this Mediterranean-inspired treat, which pairs spicy Morrocan lamb with crumbly, creamy Greek Feta.

Ingredients: 

  • 100g Futura Foods - YAMAS! Feta
  • 1 wrap
  • 200g Merguez meat
  • 50g Greek yogurt 
  • 2 table spoons coriander 
  • 1 table butter
  • 1 table spoon oil

Method or Assembly Order:

  1. Flatten out Merguez meat
  2. Whip feta and yogurt together 
  3. Cook meat at the right size to fit in wrap
  4. Add warm Merguez to wrap
  5. Layer with whipped feta mixture
  6. Add chopped coriander
  7. Add an extra 50 grams crumbled feta
  8. Roll, wrap
  9. Colour wrap in pan with merguez oil
